Delivery dispatch

Same-day dispatch

Place your order before 3pm on a working day for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Same-day dispatch refers to when we hand your order to the carrier. Delivery times begin after dispatch and are estimates unless stated otherwise.

  • Order before 3pm on a working day for same-day dispatch. Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking & delivery help

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking link. Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Exchange delivery

If an exchange is agreed and a replacement item needs to be sent, a £3.90 UK standard delivery charge applies. If an item is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will arrange a solution without this charge.
