Hair Extensions

  • We will only accept returns on hair extensions when the bundles are unused and still attached to the original packaging.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we won't accept the return of used hair.
  • Hair that has been dyed, washed, or chemically treated is non-refundable.
  • Hair Extensions must be returned before an exchange or refund can be issued.
  • Postage and handling costs will not be refunded, these are at the customer’s expense.
