Returns & exchanges can be turned around quicker if the original invoice or your order number is included.
We recommend that your use a tracked & signed service to make sure we safely receive your return/exchange.
Hair Extensions
- We will only accept returns on hair extensions when the bundles are unused and still attached to the original packaging.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we won't accept the return of used hair.
- Hair that has been dyed, washed, or chemically treated is non-refundable.
- Hair Extensions must be returned before an exchange or refund can be issued.
- Postage and handling costs will not be refunded, these are at the customer’s expense.

Wigs
- Due to hygiene standards and regulations, returns are not accepted on custom handmade wigs.
- Wigs that has been dyed, washed, or chemically treated is non-refundable.
- Wigs must be returned before an exchange or refund can be issued.
